I had an unfortunate mishap while picking up orders for one of my own customers, a heater hose snapped on my 2014 Ford F-150 and was stranded. I gave my VIN and part description to Delaney in parts and was extremely quick to figure out what I was needing replaced.

Before trying to fix it myself I went to service and spoke with Jim who tried his hardest to make something work but with being 3 technicians down his hands were tied and was extremely apologetic and still tried to make things work...

I managed to replace the hose myself in their parking lot and as I type I'm still in their lot letting the system burp and get any stuck air out.
