I just bought a 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum with the assistance of Patrick Corrie. He was very professional and helpful without being aggressive in his sale promotion. The truck was ready for pickup when promised and he had lots of time and patience for showing me all the accessories and features. During a follow up visit he continued to be helpful in solving a minor issue.

My recent experience with Kennedy Ford was the level of customer service that all companies should use as a template for a successful business. I am a HUGE lover of Ford Cars - this will be my 3rd. Each Ford Focus I have had has been nothing short of an extremely reliable car - I am truly sad to hear they aren't making them anymore!I contacted Kennedy Ford as they had one for sale in mint condition. Stephen was prompt to reply and made an appointment with me to see the car that very day. I made it very clear that I needed a car ASAP to ensure I could continue doing my "on the road" sales job. He explained in detail the changes in this 2016 Focus over my past 2010. I fell in love with the car instantly and Stephen very openly shared the history of the car. We applied to make it mine and he passed me on to Massimo in the finance department to help make it happen.I admit I don't have the best credit, Massimo was patient and understanding, and promised he would do his best to get me the lowest interest and get me approved. HE DID - for less interest than we originally applied for and additional warranty! I am still amazed at the wonders he did to get this car in my life. Not only that...he extended his knowledge and gave me pointers on how to improve my credit going forward which I am super grateful for!When I went to pick up the car - Both Stephen and Massimo treated me like I was buying a Brand New Mustang LOL! (next one guys!) not a USED Ford Focus. This truly shows their integrity and high value. Stephen actively followed up to see how I was enjoying my new car as well. I would not hesitate to recommend both of them in the future - Thank you so much for both of your efforts - it has not gone unnoticed!I will ALWAYS trust going to reputable resellers like FORD over the smaller dealers because my past 2 cars have been via them and I have had ZERO problems with either of those cars except that they got run into the ground because of my very demanding career - I've got every penny out of them! My experience has been amazing with Kennedy Ford, Discovery Ford, and Terrence Ford. #fordforlife

Thoroughly a stress free experience. We were shown options from the New Ranger to the F150 V8. We decided on the 2021 Ford F-150 2.7L V6 for pulling our Rpod trailer. Thanks to Gerardo and Amanda 👍.

Just recently I leased another vehicle from Kennedy Ford. Fourth vehicle I have leased in a number of years and once again, excellent and quick service. Mark Giblin was a great help in totally fitting in with my schedule and showing me all the details for either buying or leasing. He has called to make sure that I am totally happy with my new vehicle and was able to go over all the questions I had. Great company to deal with! A huge thank you to everyone I dealt with!!!

I have had nothing short of an amazing experience while shopping for my car at Kennedy Ford- right from my sales rep to the people who took charge of cleaning the car so very well for delivery....The first day I went in almost certain I wanted an SUV just like the one displayed on their online ad, but what sealed the deal was the relaxed atmosphere at the dealership. I've been to a few before this and my experience ranged from over zealous salesmen to an air of complete nonchalance. However at Kennedy Ford I found a perfect balance where I could think freely without any pressure and decide - all thanks to my product specialist, Steve Hartnup who allowed me just the space, honesty, professionalism and genuine opinion I needed. The icing on the cake was their finance director who showed me the option of monthly payments with an amazing interest rate- all this after I had gone in fully prepared to pay upfront for my car. Their suggestion has definitely helped me in not blocking a whole lot of my money in one go, and for that I am truly thankful. Once again, thank you Steve, thank you Kennedy Ford! I am absolutely loving being the proud owner of a beautiful Ford Explorer that drives like a dream!
