What is Ford Employee Pricing (FEP)?

Ford Employee Pricing is a summer retail campaign where, for a limited time, anyone that purchases an eligible new 2024 Ford vehicle will receive the same pricing that is available to Ford Employees, without having to work at the company.

Are other incentive programs available and combinable?

Yes. Ford of Canada offers special incentive programs for newcomers, new graduates, and first-time buyers which are all combinable with Ford Employee Pricing. Learn more about each incentive program here.

Who is eligible to receive the FEP discount?

Any customer that purchases or leases an eligible new 2024 Ford vehicle (during the Employee Pricing campaign) will receive Ford Employee Pricing (A-Plan price plus applicable incentives).

Is a factory order required to get the FEP discount?

No. FEP is available for most new 2024 Ford vehicles, including existing dealer inventory.

Are FEP incentives/programs raincheckable?

Yes, incentives/programs are raincheckable on eligible 2024 model year vehicles, however FEP incentives/programs do not apply to cross model year vehicles.

What Ford Vehicles are included in FEP?

What is the Ford Employee Price of the Vehicle?

The Ford Employee Price is the “A-Plan Price” of the vehicle as listed on the
vehicle invoice.

Can dealers charge more than the A-Plan Price?

No. By participating in the Ford Employee Pricing program, Retailers agree to
offer all customers eligible FEP vehicles for the A-Plan Price (or less). The
following additional charges may apply, provided the customer is aware and
agrees that these items are not included in the Ford Employee Price:

  • If the customer agrees, additional charges may be assessed separately
    for such items as special cleaning, waxing or polishing, undercoating,
    window etching and Retailer installed accessories.
  • Retailers will be permitted to assess document fees on each delivery to an
    eligible customer under the terms of this program.

What is the Admin Fee?

The Admin Fee (Administration Fee) is the cost of processing A-Plan (FEP) claims that is passed onto the purchasing customer.
