After I posted my initial experience, the Service Manager reached out to me directly and took the time to clearly explain why I was asked to return to the original dealership in Fergus for the repair. His explanation made sense and helped clarify the situation.
That said, the issue for me was the lack of communication at the time of my visit. If the reasoning had been explained more thoroughly by the service advisor during my appointment, it would have avoided a lot of frustration and the impression that I was being turned away.
I do appreciate the follow-up and the effort made to address my concerns. Good customer service is not just about fixing the problem, but also about clear communication—and I’m glad that was ultimately provided.

I bought new 2026 ford bronco in Fergus. I live in Oakville. So after picking the car up 4 days later I started getting all kinds of warning lights. I brought it to my local ford dealership, they did a diagnostic and since it was a problem with the differential, they told me I had to go back to Fergus to get the work done. Oakville is a ford dealership they should have taken the time to repair my car. Instead they sent me all the way back to Fergus to get it repaired. They obviously do not want my business. I will not be returning.
Definitely recommend asking for her if you’re going there!
