Excellent experience with Kennedy Ford and Brittny Flynn-Cluppel. We purchased a used car. Communication was quick and frequent, the process was easy. Brittny was great to deal with. The car was ready for us to see and test drive and ready for pick up on the delivery day. She followed up with us to ensure everything was okay the following day. Never felt pressure to buy, it’s one of the better experiences we have had with a dealership.

I am a long time customer of this dealership, and although I hadn't purchased for a number of years, I can say that the quality of the customer service is still excellent. I received patient, personalized service with staff up and down the line who were ready and willing to answer all questions and concerns that I had. The vehicle was delivered as promised and in pristine condition, which is very much appreciated.Buying a car can be a stressful experience, however I have always felt very comfortable at Kennedy Ford and this recent experience was also excellent. David Nourse and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and deliver on their promises. Relationships matter at this dealership and that is much appreciated for such an important purchase.

Truly outstanding! It's one thing to provide a great buying experience, the real test may come years later when the sale is a distant memory. Five years after purchase our 2019 Ford Escape was written off in an accident (thankfully everyone is OK). My insurance company made all kinds of paperwork requests trying to lower the settlement price. David Mcaulay from Kennedy Ford went way over and about digging into 5 year old files and notes that allowed me to prove everything I had told the insurance company was correct. THAT is Five Star, All Star customer service!
